We are looking for a People Operations (HR) Analyst who is passionate about enabling a product-led organisation by being a key and integral part of our People team. This role should be a key contributor to our growth and international People Ops activities.
What you will do:
Maintain accurate HR profiles, data, and other record-keeping systems with attention to detail.
Identify and implement improvements in HR processes to enhance the employee experience and scalability.
Work closely with our external payroll provider to ensure accurate German and International payroll processing and compliance.
Oversee contract management and employee benefits administration across different countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Use data insights to refine processes and support informed decision-making.
Workplace: Berlin
This role is based at our headquarters in Berlin. We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.
