  • Support recruiting efforts by ensuring a smooth and positive candidate and new hire experience

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, preferably in a startup or fast-paced tech/fintech environment (20–100 employees ideal)
  • Proven experience with benefits administration, HR compliance, and HRIS platforms (ADP preferred)
  • Experience building and scaling people processes and systems from scratch in a high-growth setting
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee matters
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage both HR responsibilities and workplace experience initiatives
