In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full People Operations stack, and have a front row seat to a multi-billion dollar company scaling its people infrastructure through critical growth phases.
We're seeking a versatile People Operations Associate with a passion for process and a drive to create an exceptional employee experience. Our ideal candidate is someone who is energized by hands-on operational work and wants to build real People Operations experience at a company that is moving quickly.
Associate roles are a minimum 12 week engagement with a high-impact runway and opportunities for extension. This role is ideal for those who want to jump start their career in people operations.
The base salary for this position is $1,750 per week.
Astranis builds and deploys small, low-cost telecommunications satellites designed to bring broadband connectivity to underserved and remote areas globally.
