Strategic Sourcing: Proactively hunt for top-tier candidates in the Berlin market and build a diverse pipeline for our evolving needs.

Employee Lifecycle Support: Facilitate a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience, and manage the essential administrative tasks, including visa processes and employment documentation.

People Operations Excellence: Maintain accurate HR records and systems while helping to refine our policies and internal user guides as we grow.

Office & Culture Lead: Coordinate company and ad-hoc events that keep our team connected. You will also manage office maintenance, vendor relationship, and supplies to ensure a productive workspace.
