About the role

We are currently looking for a People Operations Associate with great organizational skills, passion, positive attitude, strong people-and team-centric mindset and work ethic to join and support our Payroll, Compensation & Benefits operations.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, coordinate the complete payroll and benefits process, strong numerical skills, be capable of managing sensitive information, and have knowledge of labor legislation.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage end-to-end Benefit processes, liaise with external providers
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, liaise with the team and external provider, and ensure compliance with Greek labor laws.
  • Support employees on payroll and benefits-related inquiries, maintaining accurate data and records (ticketing system experience).
  • Coordinate the employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, exits) and facilitate onboarding sessions.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and act as the point of contact with benefit providers.
  • Monitor and update platforms like Ergani for overtime, and maintain employee records (digital and physical).
  • Contribute to improving HR policies and practices, and support compensation/benefits projects and group initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in similar functions (HR, People Operations, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits). ‌
  • Knowledge of human resources operations and best practices, compensation & benefits understanding 
  • ‌ Hands-on experience in using MS Office, EXCEL (PVOTS, V & X LookUps, IF formulas) databases and HRIS systems.
  • ‌ Exposure to effective Labor Law, employment regulations and payroll practices.
  • ‌Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Accounting, HR management or in relevant fields is preferred.
  • ‌Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • ‌ Solid organizational and time management skills, punctuality and attention to detail.
