  • Master degree in Humanities, Digital Humanities, Economics, or Law.
  • Native Italian speaker and English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
  • 2–5 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role
  • Working knowledge of Italian labor law and CCNL regulations
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Zucchetti, or similar)
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools: advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query) and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) to build HR dashboards and support data-driven decision making
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) and genuine interest in applying them to automate and improve HR workflows
  • Fluent in Italian; professional proficiency in English
