Job Intro:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our People Operations/HR team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for supporting key HR functions - from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Update and maintain our HRIS systems (BambooHR, ADP, Udemy, Nectar, and Traliant)
  • Support recruitment processes including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, coordinate background checks, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Administer HR documents such as employment contracts, new hire guides, and policy updates.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
  • Support benefits administration and employee wellness and inclusion initiatives.
  • Assist with audits and reporting.
  • Respond to internal and external general HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

 

Compensation Range: $55,000- $70,000. Range can flux dependent on experience, education/training, etc.
