We are on the hunt for a dynamic People Generalist who is passionate about the day-to-day HR and Recruitment processes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with all companies within the Academia Technology Group (ATG) and will gain exposure to all areas HR! This is an incredibly exciting time to join our team as you will be part of the ATG journey as we continue to rapidly grow across the Group. Our Leadership team, strongly believe in internal progression and work hard supporting all staff throughout their academic careers giving them the tools, the freedom and the support to take on additional key responsibilities and functions to continue to contribute towards the growth and success of the company.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our talented People & Leadership team to support and deliver impactful processes, rewards and people focused campaigns with a strong focus on employee wellbeing and culture. This role would suit an experienced HR Generalist who is keen to progress and develop within a HR environment. The People Generalist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks within the team. You will provide a comprehensive administrative function, with a strong recruitment bias. Working closely with divisional leaders you will advise on HR matters such as disciplinary procedures, performance management, absence management, learning and development and the like.
It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to develop and grow their HR knowledge and learn from an incredibly busy team – no two days are ever the same! You’ll need to be able to juggle conflicting priorities and work well under pressure whilst ensuring you maintain accuracy and meet deadlines.
CIPD qualified or working towards is advantageous but not essential.
