As a People Generalist, you will manage the employee lifecycle across North America and LATAM, overseeing onboarding, offboarding, and the contingent worker program. You’ll leverage Workday and AI tools to automate tasks, build dashboards, and enhance the employee experience. Partnering with Finance, IT, and Legal, you’ll standardize scalable processes and ensure compliance with regional employment laws to support a high-growth, tech-enabled workforce.
