This is an individual contributor role for a seasoned People professional who is execution-oriented, grounded, and comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership in a complex, delivery-driven environment.   This role is ideal for someone who brings sound judgment, strong operational discipline, and prior experience supporting leaders independently, while continuing to grow as a strategic people partner. Success in this role requires balancing hands-on execution with clear prioritization, documentation, and boundary-setting in a lean team context.    Things you’ll be working on: -Partner closely with People & Culture leadership to support North America leaders across Sales, Delivery, and corporate teams.  -Support performance management and compensation cycles through preparation, coordination, data validation, and execution, partnering closely with Finance and senior P&C leaders.  -Support employee relations matters, escalating complex or high-risk issues appropriately and ensuring consistency with policy and employment fundamentals.  -Maintain and own career frameworks and progression guidance, ensuring materials are accurate, documented, clear, and practical for leaders and employees.  -Support the integration of career frameworks into performance and development conversations.  -Drive consistency and clarity in people processes, documentation, and ways of working; reduce reliance on tribal knowledge.  -Partner with People Operations to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and ensure processes are followed.  -Collaborate cross-functionally, balancing responsiveness with clear prioritization and boundary-setting.    Who You’ll Work With  -Senior People & Culture leadership for guidance, escalation, and decision-making  -North America business leaders across Sales, Delivery, and corporate functions  -People Operations partners on systems, payroll, and process execution  -Finance partners during performance and compensation cycles  -Global People & Culture partners as needed for alignment    Do you have what it takes to be our new People Experience Manager for North America ? -6-10 years of experience in People Experience, HR Business Partner, or similar roles  -Demonstrated ability to operate independently in lean, fast-moving, or delivery-driven environments (consulting, professional services, SaaS with services, or similar)  -Hands-on experience supporting performance management and compensation processes  -Experience building, maintaining, and documenting career frameworks and progression models  -Solid grounding in employee relations and employment fundamentals, and risk escalation  -Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling competing priorities without heavy scaffolding  -Willingness to ask questions, escalate early, and bring structure to ambiguity  -Exposure to U.S. employment contexts required, Canada experience a plus.   Why you should apply ?  Our team members are our greatest asset and we work hard to ensure that Valiantys is not only a great place to work, but also a platform for you to grow.
