People Experience Intern

About you
You are a creative, proactive, and highly organized PX Intern who is passionate about supporting people-centric initiatives and administrative excellence. You thrive in collaborative environments, possessing the innovative thinking and communication skills needed to assist with multimedia content creation and internal campaigns. You bring to Applaudo a strong desire to learn and the ability to handle multiple administrative and creative tasks with attention to detail.

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• 4 or 5th-year university student in Communications, Visual Arts, or related fields.
• Proficiency in design and video editing tools, such as ClipChamp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to support internal initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to update project management tools.
• English proficiency level B1 or higher is required.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Assist the People Experience department with administrative processes, PX initiatives, and current internal campaigns.
• Support the creation of training materials, including videos, presentations, and other multimedia assets.
• Maintain close relationships with branding, procurement, and marketing to coordinate events and onboarding activities.
• Attend meetings and take minutes, ensuring all project management tools and planners are kept up to date.
• Provide logistical support for the reservation of conference rooms or venues as needed
