The People Experience Trainee will assist the HR team in various tasks related to employee engagement, recruitment, and performance management. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HR field.

Requirements

• Assist in organizing recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Help with employee onboarding processes and maintaining records.
• Support in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and surveys.
• Participate in performance review cycles and help prepare reports.
• Assist in maintaining HR databases and updating employee records.
