You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:
- Desirable bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

2-3 years of experience in HR development, employee retention, coaching, advising, or mentoring.
- Experience in the technology industry is nice to have

Expertise in coaching methodologies and professional development strategies.

In-depth knowledge of HR policies, compensation structures, and retention strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, active listening, and analytical problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a personalized and human-centric approach.

Advanced English proficiency is a must.
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach, providing personalized guidance to support professional growth, soft skills, and leadership development.
- Proactively manage employee retention by using tools like ROLA (Risk of Leaving Assessment) to identify risks and execute tailored retention strategies.
- Guide career progression, helping employees identify pathways, skill-building initiatives, and internal opportunities.
- Advocate for well-being, conducting coaching sessions focused on work-life balance, stress management, and personal challenges.
- Serve as a key point of contact for compensation clarity, policy guidance, and career frameworks in collaboration with HRBPs and Total Rewards.
- Analyze employee feedback through surveys and check-ins to provide actionable insights and advocate for organizational improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, HR, and technical mentors to ensure holistic employee support and alignment with business goals.
- Document and report on reactive and proactive retention cases for productive employees
