As our People & Culture Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping and executing our HR strategy, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to development and offboarding. This is a hands-on role, where you’ll cover the day-to-day HR operations agenda and act as a strategic partner for our international Sales and Marketing teams, while your HR colleagues support other departments.

You won’t be in this alone—you’ll lead a dedicated team of two HR, Jana and Veronika, supporting their professional growth and empowering them to make an even bigger impact. You will be reporting directly to Tom, Chief Financial Officer, and together you’ll drive key strategic HR initiatives that align with our company’s vision and employee feedback. You’ll be based in Prague, with occasional visits to our team in Brno.
Leading and developing a small HR team, setting the HR strategy in alignment with business goals, and strengthening the company’s employer brand.
Driving full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles and seniority levels in the Czech Republic, U.S., and LATAM, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Enhancing the employee experience by continuously optimizing HR processes, leveraging automation, and serving as a trusted advisor to the team.
Shaping and executing HR initiatives, including HR marketing, internal communications, and culture-building events.
Overseeing HR operations and compliance, working closely with the Back Office and Payroll teams to ensure smooth administration.
Fostering and evolving company culture, creating initiatives that strengthen engagement, collaboration, and a sense of belonging.
Proven experience in successfully leading a team within HR, with a strong ability to mentor, support, and develop team members.
Recruiting and hiring experience across various roles and seniority levels, preferably on a global scale.
Hands-on experience in leading HR strategy and executing various HR projects within the company.
Fluency in Czech at a native speaker level, along with advanced English (C1), as our team operates both in the Czech Republic, the U.S. and LATAM region.
A proactive and strategic thinker, who takes initiative, drives improvements, and fosters collaboration across teams.
Previous experience in the IT industry is an advantage, especially in international environments.
