As a People and Culture Manager, you will act as a business partner for Site Manager and other leadership colleagues, collaborating with them on all people-related activities. Together with your People and Culture team, you will lead efforts to ensure that People strategies are effectively and efficiently implemented into action on a local level, and facilitate a work environment where IKEA values and culture are a living reality.You will also:

  • Drive and follow up efficient and effective implementation of overall P&C processes and yearly activities in your unit.
  • Lead the work of implementing IKEA People Strategy, IKEA Industry People Plan and relevant plans for your unit to fulfil business needs for today and tomorrow with the ambition that all-coworkers experience a great place to work.
  • Together with your team lead the people and culture  agenda and connected initiatives in your unit with the overall ambition to create a successful and high performing organisation.
  • Secure the right competence in the unit to execute the P&C processes in the best possible way.
  • Contribute to identify and build-up competence and leadership for your unit.
  • Secure P&C compliance with the labour law and relevant regulations as well as with internal requirements.
  • Facilitate a strong value chain competence through development opportunities, learning and succession within business unit, Inter IKEA and IKEA network to create competence movements securing the right competence at the right place in the right time.
  • Safeguard People Principles are followed and implemented (organizational and design principles).
  • Drive a healthy work environment and continuously nurture a constructive and cooperative dialogue with our social partners in order to find sustainable business and people solutions to opportunities and challenges 
  • Contribute to make IKEA an equal, diverse, and inclusive workplace.

About You:

You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment, which enables you to interact naturally with people at different levels in the organization and achieve results.

You will report to Site Manager and you will be leading People and Culture for the unit.
You will cooperate closely with two other neighbour IKEA Industry unit around.
