We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable People & Culture Intern based in Singapore to support our Southeast Asia offices. In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in Talent Acquisition and employee engagement, playing an important part in strengthening the employee experience across the region. Talent Acquisition

You’ll support the recruitment ecosystem — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with creative outreach strategies. You’ll help maintain a strong talent pipeline and stay plugged into emerging market trends that shape hiring across Southeast Asia.



Enhancing Employee Experience

You’ll be part of the heartbeat of the office, contributing to initiatives that reinforce belonging and connection. This includes supporting team-building events, wellness programs, celebration moments, and internal communication campaigns that reflect our values and culture.



Talent Development

You’ll help design and prepare learning materials, track participation, and analyze feedback to shape impactful development programs. Your insights will support the team in creating data-driven and meaningful growth opportunities.



People & Culture Program and Projects

You’ll assist in researching, planning, and executing People & Culture initiatives — from engagement program to organisational activities that drive participation, connection, and employee advocacy.



Other Duties

You’ll take on additional tasks within the People & Culture scope as needed — gaining exposure to the inner workings of a regional HR function and contributing to projects that improve the employee experience.

  • Currently pursuing or holding a university degree; in Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, or Social Sciences preferred
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with using technology and AI tools to produce efficient, high-quality work
  • Experience with ATS or recruitment tools is a plus
  • Highly meticulous, detail-oriented, and strong at multitasking
  • Responsible, punctual, and results-driven with a steady, professional approach
