What you will bring to Rayn as a People & Culture Associate

  • HR Operations & Process Improvement: Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, managing HR databases, and preparing essential documents. You will be expected to leverage and apply knowledge of new AI tools to enhance and automate HR workflows, driving efficiency and accuracy.
  • Talent Acquisition: Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from posting job openings and screening resumes to coordinating interviews. You will be required to demonstrate knowledge of both technical and non-technical roles to effectively identify and engage with a diverse pool of candidates. You will be assisting in  recruitment efforts to attract and retain purpose-driven, high-performing talent.
  • Performance Management: Assist in conducting, implementing, and successfully executing the company's performance management processes, including supporting performance reviews and tracking employee goals
  • Employee Engagement: Actively participate in the planning and execution of various employee engagement initiatives and activities to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Help manage the new hire onboarding process and assist with offboarding procedures.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.


Who We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of well rounded experience in Technical Recruitment, Talent Management and People Operations
  • A strong aptitude for learning and applying new technologies, with a specific interest in AI tools for HR.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A demonstrated understanding of the requirements for a wide range of roles, both technical and non-technical.
