We are looking for a People & Culture Associate to strengthen our People & Culture team in Thessaloniki and support our sustainable growth while ensuring a great employee experience across the company.

In this role, you will grow together with us through the following responsibilities:
You represent Peak & Peak internally towards our employees and externally towards candidates, inspiring them to become part of our company
You support the recruiting process by creating job ads, coordinating and documenting interviews as well as making sure newjoiners will get smoothly on board
You plan and execute target-group-specific HR events
You support HR administrative tasks, including:
Maintaining and updating HR policies, guidelines, and documentation
Supporting payroll preparation in collaboration with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders
Managing employee records and HR data in compliance with data protection requirements
You assist with legal and labor-law-related HR topics, such as:
Supporting employment contracts, amendments, and certificates
Ensuring compliance with local Greek labor law and internal policies
You are involved in the planning and execution of company-wide events
As we are looking for support on a Professional level, we are open to different backgrounds and levels of experience. Ideally, you bring the following:
A completed degree, preferably with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
First professional experience in Recruiting, HR Administration, Payroll Support, Active Sourcing, or Office Management or Event Organization is a plus
Very good written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a strong advantage
A working style characterized by initiative, accuracy, reliability, and a strong service mindset
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, team spirit, and a proactive, structured approach to work
Interest in HR policies, payroll processes, and labor-law-related topics, with willingness to deepen knowledge in these areas
The ability to use tools and methods to assess the fit of candidates regarding role, team, and company culture
A strong willingness to learn and to actively contribute to a people-focused organization
A solution-oriented mindset with contagious enthusiasm
Ideally, prior experience in the IT or software environment and familiarity with the industry
