People Coordinator

The People Coordinator is responsible for primarily supporting the North America Human Resources administrative functions and assisting globally as needed. This role will support a variety of tasks, such as data entry, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, basic reporting, and managing HRIS data. This role is also responsible for assisting with some Chicago Office tasks.

What You'll Do:

People and Culture Administrative Support:

• Update and maintain employee HRIS information and files
• Manage new hire background check process
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Respond to employee email and Slack inquiries
• Prepare basic reports
• Ad-hoc requests as defined by the Lead Team, People Operations

Office Administration:

• Manage and coordinate aspects of office related tasks in Chicago (I.e., key cards, restocking, mail, etc.)
• Perform other administrative duties and projects as needed

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• 1+ years in a professional work setting preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize
• Can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment #LI-REMOTE
