Your Role

Permanent role | part-time 60% | to start immediately

As People Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing our global HR functions and administrative tasks within our dynamic, international environment. Reporting directly to the CFO and CEO, you will help ensure the seamless operation of our team across all the countries in which we operate.

Your responsibilities will include developing a culture of performance and development, managing recruitment process and employee onboarding, administering payroll, and supporting the overall administration of the Swiss HQ office as well as compliance and people administration across entities from Austria to China, London to Denver, that make up Full Stack Supply Co.

Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Manage the employee lifecycle:
    • Support hiring managers in the recruitment process
    • Coordinate job definition, job description, posting, interviews, and candidate communication
    • Preparation of Employment contracts, visa/permits/right-to-work compliance.
    • Support employee onboarding and orientation for new hires
    • Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and local laws
    • Employees off-boarding

  • Manage benefits administration across countries (healthcare, pensions, insurance, leave)
  • Assist with payroll processing and related tasks
  • Administer the Time-Off Management System
  • Lead the performance review process
  • Support Senior Management in OKR development and implementation on a global, functional and individual level
  • Support HR initiatives, including employee engagement programs and training sessions
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documents as needed

Administration and office management

  • Administration of the company's office software (Google Suite, Microsoft, Zoom, Slack, Adobe, etc.)
  • Take ownership of all company assets (computers, screens, workstations, etc.)
  • Provide office management for the Swiss HQ office including operational and team culture considerations
  • Manage company insurance in collaboration with relevant stakeholders (business liability, vehicles, social insurance, etc.)
  • Manage the vehicle fleet in collaboration with the Sales team

Requirements

We’re looking for an organized, process-driven, and enthusiastic People Coordinator to contribute to our vibrant workplace culture. You'll have strong communication skills and feel comfortable working with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Your attention to detail and discretion for confidential matters will be crucial as you manage sensitive employee information and ensure accuracy in documentation. A natural sense of curiosity will be one of your greatest assets, helping you improve our HR processes and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and best practices is preferred
  • International HR and Payroll exposure
  • Knowledge of Swiss payroll is a strong plus; an interest in learning is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Google Suite
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment
