As a People Co-op at Juniper, you’ll gain practical experience supporting core People initiatives, including recruitment, employee operations, and internal processes. Your work will help ensure our team members and candidates have a seamless and positive experience as Juniper continues to scale. Please note this role starts in May 2026 for a four month term, with possibility of extension.

Juniper is a crowdfunding and merchandise platform for independent creators. We don’t just run the funding platform (like Kickstarter), we also create the actual products, launch on creator-branded storefronts, and ship to customers! Juniper has enabled creators to crowdfund specialized products like board games and lava lamps, and fund passion projects like animated shows and charitable initiatives. At Juniper, our compensation philosophy is to offer fair pay that reflects the scope of the role, level of impact, individual experience, and the current stage of the company.
The salary range for this role is $21-23/hour CAD.
Our compensation is benchmarked against the market and aligned to role scope and experience. We believe in fair and consistent pay practices, and offers are made using defined role criteria. As a learning-focused role, this position also offers hands-on exposure to People Operations, recruitment, and employee experience in a growing organization.
