People Business Partner (GTM)
TLDR
Drive strategic HR efforts directly aligned with aggressive revenue targets and global market expansion in a dynamic and evolving team environment.
As our People Business Partner for Go-to-Market (GTM), you won’t just be "doing HR"—you will be the strategic architect behind the engine that drives our global growth. You will partner directly with our CSO, VPs, and People Leaders in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align our people strategy with aggressive revenue targets and market expansion goals. Your mission is to ensure we have the high-performance talent, agile team structures, and visionary leadership needed to scale our impact and accelerate the transition to a sustainable future.
Strategic Advisory: Provide expert HR guidance to Leaders, translating complex business requirements into effective people solutions.
Organizational Design: Lead workforce planning and restructuring initiatives to ensure our global org design models are optimized for delivery.
Performance & Talent Mastery: Drive the end-to-end talent lifecycle, from high-standard performance management and calibration to identifying our next generation leaders.
Data-Driven Influence: Analyze people metrics and trends to provide actionable insights that influence executive decision-making.
Global Employee Relations: Support managers with complex casework and employee relation issues, ensuring a fair, empathetic, and compliant approach across our global jurisdictions.
Change Leadership: Lead the people-side of organizational change, ensuring our teams remain engaged and aligned during pivots or growth phases.
Engagement Strategy: Act as the "voice of the employee" by analyzing global engagement survey data (CultureAmp). You won’t just report numbers; you will partner with E&P managers to build and execute action plans that improve retention and team morale.
People Ops Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with the People Operations and legal team to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle. You will provide the "human context" for payroll, benefits, and compliance changes, ensuring that our global processes (managed via Deel) are high-touch and employee-centric.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with People Excellence, People Ops and Rewards, and Talent Acquisition to streamline our "Remote-First" ecosystem. You will ensure that every touchpoint—from the initial offer to seamless onboarding and internal transitions—is operationally rigorous and provides a world-class experience for our GTM organization.
Cultural Stewardship: Actively promote our values and use them in your daily work.
Requirements
GTM Fluency: Proven experience as an HRBP supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You speak the language of revenue (quotas, pipelines, and OTE) and understand the rhythm of the fiscal quarter.
Global Scalability: Experience managing remote/international teams and a firm grasp of global labor standards. Familiarity with global hiring platforms like Deel is a major plus as we expand into new territories.
High-Performance Coaching: A natural ability to coach high-energy sales and marketing managers into world-class people leaders who balance "the number" with healthy team culture.
Agility in Motion: You thrive in the fast-paced "turbulence" of a scaling GTM org and can help teams navigate pivots in market strategy with clarity and calm.
Revenue-Driven Analytics: You love data and use it to build a case for your recommendations—whether it’s analyzing turnover in sales pods or optimizing incentive structures.
Empathy & Integrity: You handle sensitive employee relations and high-stakes performance management with high emotional intelligence and unwavering ethics.
Strategic Storytelling: Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn complex HR metrics into a compelling narrative. You don’t just report data; you build "buy-in" for people initiatives.
Courageous Influence: The professional courage to challenge the status quo and the diplomacy to influence strong personalities. You are comfortable being a "critical friend" to leadership, ensuring long-term organizational health isn't sacrificed for short-term wins.
Pragmatic Problem Solving: Exceptional skills with a focus on results. You can navigate the "grey areas" of a competitive market to find effective, creative paths forward for our people.
