  • Secure excellence in the deliveries of the Services function 
  • Drive and contribute to tactical initiatives and projects across the IKEA People and Culture landscape 
  • Build strong, trustful relationships with stakeholders across the organization 
  • Create clear ways of working and continuously improve processes together with the team 
  • Secure an accurate and timely payroll delivery

  • Comfort working with stakeholders and across organizations 
  • Senior experience within the People & Culture Area 

This role is fulltime (40 hours per week) and is based in Älmhult. You will report to the People & Culture Center of Expertise Manager.
