AI overview

Define and enhance people data analytics at FareHarbor through effective reporting, data storytelling, and strategic stakeholder collaboration to improve employee experience.

About the Role

We’re looking for a People Analyst to join the global HR Operations Team and help us build the foundation of people analytics at FareHarbor. This is a unique opportunity to define what people data means for our organization, from establishing reporting frameworks and dashboards to driving insights that support strategic decisions.

You’ll work closely with HR and other stakeholders to translate data into clear, actionable narratives that inform decisions and improve the employee experience. If you’re someone who thrives in rapidly evolving environments, enjoys building from scratch, and wants to shape the future of people analytics, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver people insights: Analyze workforce data to identify trends, highlight risks or opportunities, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations.
  • Build impactful dashboards: Design and maintain intuitive reports and visualizations that make HR data accessible and actionable for HR and business leaders.
  • Present insights effectively: Create clear, visually compelling presentations and summaries to communicate key findings and recommendations to HR and business leaders.
  • Execute survey analytics: Manage and analyze results from Culture & Engagement Surveys, identifying key drivers, areas for improvement, and regional or team-specific trends.
  • Support key HR cycles: deliver data insights and reporting to inform the performance and compensation processes.
  • Drive process improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting, improve data flows, and enhance analytics capabilities across HR systems.
  • Ensure data integrity: Conduct regular audits and data validations in Workday and other HR systems to maintain accuracy and reliability.
  • Maintain data privacy and compliance: Safeguard sensitive employee information and ensure all data activities comply with GDPR and privacy best practices.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, data-driven insights that support business goals.

Competencies:

  • Proven ability to build reporting frameworks and dashboards from the ground up, establishing structure and standards where none exist.
  • Self-starter with a passion for scaling people analytics from foundational reporting to advanced insights and data storytelling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented, with a genuine interest in improving processes and building scalable analytics capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively with HR and other cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to operate in a growing, fast-changing environment where priorities evolve and processes are still being defined.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in people analytics preferably in a global environment.
