Lead Veterinary Surgeon oversees the clinic’s clinical operations, ensuring high standards in assessing, diagnosing, and treatment. This role works closely with the Practice Manager, with both supporting the clinic & team. 

We’re offering up to $10,000 relocation allowance assistance to help you settle in and make the move to one of Victoria’s most picturesque coastal locations, where the balance between rewarding work and relaxed coastal living truly exists.

About Us

Peninsula Vet Care is proud to be the largest provider of veterinary services on the in Mt Eliza, made up of five GP clinics and a 24/7 specialist and emergency hospital offering expertise in surgery, internal medicine, anesthesia, critical care, and emergency.

You have our referral centre near which offers immediate access to advanced care, specialist advice, and a seamless experience for clients and pets alike.

About You

• You’re a compassionate and experienced Veterinarian

• You thrive in a team environment & supporting them

• Take pride in clinical standards, and enjoy mentoring others

• You’ll need Australian Vet Board registration

• 5+ years’ clinical experience would be required

• Leadership experience would be great but if you’re considering a step into leadership, please still reach out to discuss.
