Role Overview
The Multimedia Design Intern will work directly with Pearl Talent’s recruitment and marketing teams to produce high-quality video and visual content that supports internal operations and branding initiatives. The role exists to improve communication, engagement, and efficiency across internal campaigns, social content, and team-facing resources. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

Your Impact

• Enhance Pearl Talent’s internal and external communications with high-quality video and multimedia assets.
• Support recruitment campaigns by creating content that informs and engages team members and prospective candidates.
• Streamline internal content management through organized media libraries and consistent visual standards.
• Contribute to internal branding and marketing initiatives that improve team visibility, engagement, and collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Branding and Marketing Campaigns

• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms for a company and/or personal professional brand.
• Write compelling content, tailoring tone to suit different audiences and platforms.
• Use tools for social media scheduling, engagement tracking, and performance reporting.
• Understand key social media metrics (engagement, impressions, CTR, etc.) and algorithms.
• Publish and optimize articles for search engines (SEO) to reach a wider audience and drive organic traffic.
• Keep up with emerging trends and culture in the U.S. startup space.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms for a company and/or personal professional brand.
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to tailor tone based on audience and platform.
• Familiarity with tools for social media scheduling, engagement tracking, and performance reporting.
• Basic understanding of key social media metrics (engagement, impressions, CTR, etc.) and algorithms.
