Peak Health is a longevity-focused digital health company building technology to help people live longer, healthier lives through proactive, continuous care.
Instead of reactive, episodic healthcare, Peak Health focuses on long-term health optimization — combining modern medicine, data, and software to support prevention, early intervention, and personalized care over time. Their platform connects patients, clinicians, and care teams through intelligent workflows that make longevity care scalable, measurable, and actionable.
Peak Health is looking for a Product Designer to support both core product experiences and growth-facing design work.
This role blends product design, visual design, and lightweight implementation, working across member and provider flows while also supporting marketing, growth, and brand initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Product Marketing to ship quickly, iterate often, and maintain a high bar for design quality.
This is a hands-on role for a designer who enjoys end-to-end ownership, fast feedback loops, and designing for both conversion and long-term product usability.
Support product design across core UI/UX flows such as intake, dashboards, scheduling, and results, from wireframes through high-fidelity designs.
Design marketing and growth assets across web, email, social, decks, event collateral, and paid ads, with fast iteration and strong visual taste.
Implement and iterate on landing pages using tools like Framer (or similar), working closely with Product Marketing leadership.
Maintain and extend the Peak Health design system, including components, templates, and brand consistency across product and marketing surfaces.
Partner closely with Engineering and Growth to ship quickly, ensuring clean Figma handoffs, tight feedback loops, and QA-level polish.
Improve conversion through design by iterating on landing pages, funnels, visual storytelling, and information hierarchy.
Experience designing end-to-end product experiences for web or mobile products.
Strong proficiency with Figma, including component systems and design libraries.
Ability to move seamlessly from wireframes to high-fidelity mocks.
Strong visual and UI design skills with a high bar for polish and clarity.
Experience collaborating closely with engineers, including clean handoffs and iteration during implementation.
Comfort working in fast-paced environments with rapid feedback cycles.
Product mindset: ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Experience designing for healthcare, healthtech, or regulated industries.
Familiarity with conversion optimization, funnels, and growth experimentation.
Experience implementing designs using Framer, Webflow, or similar tools.
Exposure to design systems at scale.
Experience working with product marketing or growth teams.
Interest in longevity, preventative health, or wellness-focused products.
