The PCBA Soldering Technician is responsible for performing soldering and assembly tasks on electronic components and circuit boards according to industry standards and company specifications. This role ensures high-quality workmanship, and supports production schedules by maintaining efficiency and accuracy. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components on PCBs. 
  • Inspect solder joints and assemblies for quality and compliance with specifications. 
  • Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions. 
  • Operate soldering equipment and tools safely and effectively. 
  • Perform rework and repair of PCBs as required. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with ESD and safety protocols. 
  • Document work performed and report any defects or process issues to the supervisor. 
  • Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to resolve technical issues. 

Skills/Qualifications/Education: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or soldering preferred. 
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in PCB assembly and soldering. 
  • Proficiency in hand soldering techniques for both SMT and through-hole components. 
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions. 
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. 
  • Knowledge of ESD handling procedures. 

Note: On-site Physical Solder Test will be part of the interview process
