  • Experience with software programming or diagnostics to aid in system troubleshooting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical discipline required)
  • Minimum 8 years of direct industry experience as an Engineer (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Ability to work onsite
  • U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship available)
  • Responsibilities
  • Lead all production and repair test activities for assigned products
  • Design, develop, and implement cost-effective testing and troubleshooting methods across product development and manufacturing phases
  • Prepare test and diagnostic programs
  • Design and develop test fixtures and equipment
  • Author and edit procedures through formal change management processes
  • Establish test plans in collaboration with operations teams and support production test cell throughput
  • Transition test solutions between manufacturing sites during product transfers or acquisitions
  • Present program status updates, capital requests, and continuous improvement initiatives to leadership
  • Proactively communicate operational and technical risks and opportunities within the business unit
  • Provide regular performance and project updates to the Engineering Manager
  • Interface effectively with managers, technicians, and cross-functional teams
  • Tailor technical communication appropriately to varying audiences
  • Support production build plans through hands-on technical leadership
  • Thrive in environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Drive short-term responsiveness while progressing long-term engineering initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency efforts

    $125,000 – $140,000 per year
