  • Provide updates and recommendations to management regarding test program status, capital needs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical staff and leadership.
  • Qualifications
  • Strong background in troubleshooting analog and digital systems down to the component level.
  • Experience with software programming or diagnostic tools to support troubleshooting activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messages to audiences ranging from technicians to managers.
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team, with the ability to adapt to ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Prior experience designing and executing test methods for electronic systems preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field preferred.
