Payroll Specialist | with 21K Signing Bonus

Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and process payroll data accurately and on schedule
• Organize and maintain employee and payroll records
• Receive reports via email, sort and organize them appropriately for client review
• Ensure updated and accurate tracking systems for all payroll activities
• Collaborate with team members on report edits and updates 
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data and payroll records.
• Communicate effectively through email and internal platforms to coordinate tasks and delegate responsibilities.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years experience of Payroll processing
• Experience with timekeeping systems (e.g., Kronos or similar)
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
