Join our team as a Payroll Specialist! You'll handle multi-state payrolls, support audits, and help employees with all things pay and benefits. If you're detail-driven and ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
How you will achieve success:
Manage multi-state bi-weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Maintain and update employee records, including deductions, reimbursements, and tax information.
Review and import employee hours, resolve time discrepancies with managers, and coordinate with temp agencies.
Collaborate with accounting on payroll ledger entries, benefit audits, and tax reconciliations.
Support employees with payroll-related inquiries and assist in year-end audits and W-2 accuracy.
What experiences will help you in this role:
2+ years of experience processing payroll.
Experience with multi-state, bi-weekly and monthly payroll.
Knowledge in year-end tax reporting and 401k/Benefits deductions.
Experience analyzing and managing large amounts of data using Excel and other tools.
Strong math, numeric or accounting abilities.
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
- You are required to provide your own dual monitors
A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
PC Headset
A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
