About the Role

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for coordinating payroll activities for Saudi Arabia and other EMEA subsidiaries and branches of the Veeam Group. This role operates as part of a team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with local laws and company policies.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinating payroll processing for Saudi Arabia and other EMEA subsidiaries/branches in collaboration with the Global Payroll Team.
  • Liaising with local payroll service providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll information flow.
  • Preparing and submitting monthly payroll input files, reviewing calculations from local service providers, monitoring tax and social security liabilities, and resolving payroll queries.
  • Collaborating with HR to address and resolve employee payroll inquiries promptly and comprehensively.
  • Supporting external annual audits by providing documentation and clarification on payroll-related matters.
  • Participating in payroll process improvement and enhancement projects as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an institution accredited by the Saudi Ministry of Education.
  • Professional certification in payroll, HR, or accounting (e.g., SOCPA, CIPD) is an advantage.
  • Additional training in Saudi labor law, GOSI, or payroll systems is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an international payroll function within Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience in a Shared Services Centre is an advantage.
  • Native Arabic speaker: proficiency in English (written and spoken) required; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
