We are looking for talented professionals for the role of Payroll Specialist in C-Global Payroll team. Selected candidates will be placed in a dynamic and growing environment to onboard new clients. Your role: Your key duties and responsibilities: ·        Process and check payslips for national collective labor agreements in the credit, commerce, and metalworking sectors   ·        Process and check pension fund flows, union dues, and health insurance funds   ·        Process and check accounting statements and personnel provisions   ·        Process and check Uniemens, F24, INAIL self-assessment, severance pay substitute tax, single certifications, form 770   ·        Process and check data useful to the actuary for IAS19 purposes, data for the IRAP tax wedge Your responsibilities include: ·        Handle administrative back-office tasks   ·        Centralize and maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions   ·        Ensure precision, transparency, and accuracy in all client communications and internal/external process activities   ·        Analyzing regulatory updates   ·        Reporting any procedural anomalies through a ticketing system   ·        Monitoring that anomalies are resolved correctly   Other duties We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands. Your skills, experience, and qualifications required Degree in economics Advanced knowledge of Excel Preferred qualification: knowledge of ADP's ISU One Service   What we offer Permanent employment contract.
