Advisor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for international payroll advisors, submitting validated data and managing the ongoing relationship and compliance requirements.
Quality Control:Critically review and audit all payroll outputs (gross-to-net calculations, payment reports) from advisors to ensure absolute accuracy, reasonableness, and compliance with local statutory requirements before final approval.
2. Financial & Compliance Accountability
Accounting Entries: Prepare, post, and reconcile all multi-currency payroll journal entries into the company’s General Ledger system.
