Payroll Specialist

On behalf of our client we are seeking a Payroll Specialist that will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely payment to clients’ employees. They will also manage various HR-related procedures, contributing to a positive and legally correct working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Processing payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal
• regulations.
• Maintaining and updating employee records, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
• Submitting relevant payroll documentation to local authorities, including Ergani and EFKA.
• Assisting with the management of employee benefits and leave entitlements.
• Preparing payroll reports and providing insights on management on payroll-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in payroll processing or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience and familiarity with Epsilon net ERP software would be necessary.
• In-depth understanding of payroll regulations and labor laws.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Greek and English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Hands-on attitude.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
