We’re looking for a Payroll Coordinator to support accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations across the company. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that sits at the intersection of People Ops and Finance, working closely with our Payroll Lead and cross-functional partners.
In this role, you’ll help ensure payroll runs smoothly by validating inputs, auditing data across systems, maintaining trackers, and supporting month-end and compliance-related processes. If you’re detail-oriented, highly organized, and get real satisfaction from clean data and on-time payroll, this role will feel like home.
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $80,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
