Payroll Consultant

ICAP Outsourcing Solutions is a leading B2B services provider in Greece, with over 55 years of experience and 2,800+ people supporting businesses across industries through Outsourcing, HR Services, Consulting and Claims Management.

We are looking for a Payroll Consultant to join our Payroll Services team. You will work hands-on with payroll processes and support clients on day-to-day payroll and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and review payroll for clients across different sectors
• Maintain payroll records (leaves, absences, maternity, etc.)
• Respond to payroll-related questions from employees and clients
• Provide guidance on labor law, taxation and compliance
• Communicate with public authorities (EFKA, AADE, SEPE)
• Stay up to date with legislative changes and support clients proactively

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in payroll or payroll outsourcing
• Solid knowledge of Greek labor and social security legislation
• Experience with payroll systems (e.g. Epsilon Net, SoftOne)
• Good command of English
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
