We are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable work experience and develop skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This role is open to
full time or 4/5th employees, no freelancers.

What will you do?

  • Be responsible for a smooth payroll process for approximately +/- 100 Robovisioneers (mainly in Belgium)

  • Implement international payroll through our social secretariat. Robovision is expanding, and we are doing it by growing internationally

  • Ensure all contractual agreements, local legislations and sectoral agreements (such as salary, work schedules, insurance, cafeteria plan etc.) are meticulously followed from onboarding to offboarding

  • Collaborate with our social secretariat to guarantee that every employee is paid correctly and on time

  • Maintain close contact with your colleagues, collectively forming a well-coordinated HR team. At Robovision, we believe in succeeding together as a team!

  • Serve as an advisor (SPOC) to employees regarding payroll, benefits, and social law related queries

  • Contribute in various payroll-related projects such as an HRIS implementation

  • Execute reporting and data analytics responsibilities

  • Be responsible for our Flexible Income plan via Payflip (no upfront knowledge of the software necessary)

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of payroll operations

  • Collaborate with the HR team in implementing and developing our C&B projects.

  • Manage the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks

Requirements

Who are you?

  • You have a relevant Bachelor within an HR-related field of study.

  • You have demonstrable experience as a Payroll Specialist, preferably in a Belgian context

  • You have a first experience with comp & ben related tasks

  • You have a thorough understanding of Belgian social legislation and tax regulations

  • You have excellent Excel skills

  • You are tech-savvy and like to immerse yourself in new digital tools

  • You are eager to expand your knowledge and dive into new payroll domains

  • You ideally have experience with Blox and/or Payroll.

  • You speak Dutch fluently, this in combination with English

  • You are precise and have exceptional attention to detail

  • You are adept at working independently with proactive problem-solving skills
