We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our HR team. This role is a new opportunity with the team and would be a great first step to developing your career in payroll. Reporting into the Payroll Lead you will be assisting in the processing of our weekly payroll with a focus on time and attendance pay records.

Main Responsibilities;

• Assists with processing the company’s weekly payroll via the time and attendance system

• Helps to maintain payroll and processing system and records

• Coordinates request for leave and other absences in the relevant systems

• Administers in the system authorised changes in job status and job titles

• Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law

• Completes time and attendance reports for payroll record keeping and management information

• Achieves all agreed deadlines.
