Principle Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with HR and finance teams to maintain accurate payroll records. Respond to and resolve any inquiries regarding paychecks or payroll reporting.
  • Process W4 & direct deposit changes as well as garnishments and other payroll-related processes.
  • Assist managers and employees with questions related to payroll and timecards.
  • Strong adherence to confidentiality.

Competencies

  • Experience with ADP payroll systems preferred or similar payroll system
  • Microsoft Word Processing software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel software
  • Excellent customer service

Education/Experience

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • 2-4 years of Payroll Administrative experience

The posted salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
