Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Administrator to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving abilities who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for processing accurate and timely payroll for employees across multiple locations while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with semi-monthly and monthly payroll cycles for employees across multiple locations
  • Verify records, hours worked, and paid time off for accuracy
  • Verifying  wages, deductions, bonuses, and other pay adjustments
  • Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity in the payroll system
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments to process new hires, terminations, and status changes
  • Ensure compliance with all global entities and local payroll regulations across different jurisdictions
  • Generate payroll reports for management review and auditing purposes
  • Review and verify benefit charges and bills
  • Assist with employee questions regarding benefits and payroll
  • Assist with year-end processing, 
  • Assist with Month end reconciliation

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or related administrative role (or equivalent coursework)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Capacity to work independently and meet strict deadlines
  • Experience with payroll software systems (Rippling, Deel) is a plus
  • Understanding of Global payroll processes
  • Experience working with multi-location or multi-entity organizations
