We are looking for a Payroll & Accounts Receivable Specialist to support U.S.-based Senior Living operations. This role combines hourly U.S. payroll processing, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and P&L exposure, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with U.S. stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, highly communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll (U.S. Hourly Payroll)
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for multiple U.S. Senior Living communities (approximately 400 employees).
- Calculate and process commissions, bonuses, and adjustments.
- Record payroll journal entries in the accounting system.
- Serve as the main point of contact for payroll system issues and inquiries.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with U.S. payroll standards.
Accounts Receivable & Revenue Support
- Audit resident charges to ensure accuracy.
- Review daily deposits and reconcile them to resident accounts.
- Process resident refunds.
- Support revenue-related inquiries and reporting.
Accounting & Financial Analysis
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Conduct P&L trending and analysis.
- Participate in monthly P&L review meetings with community directors, answering payroll, AR, and revenue-related questions.
- Prepare monthly statistical reports for move-ins and move-outs.
- Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
- Experience with U.S. companies.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Hourly U.S. payroll
- Accounts Receivable
- Exposure to Accounts Payable

- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Confident, talkative, and comfortable interacting with U.S. stakeholders.
- Ability to explain financial and payroll topics clearly to non-financial audiences.
- U.S. visa available and willingness to travel to the U.S. when required.
