Role: Payments Operations Graduate - Sydney CBD Office
Working Pattern: This role will require the candidate to be onsite 5 days per week in the office, and would be required to work a minimum of 38 hours per week.

Are you passionate about providing exceptional client service and ensuring seamless financial transactions? Join our dynamic team at Ebury as a Payment Operations Graduate, where you'll play a vital role in facilitating client payments and working closely with other departments to ensure business efficiency.
In this role, you will be responsible for the initial verification of client payments, ensuring compliance with our internal processes and service level agreements (SLAs). You'll assist in completing payment beneficiaries while actively helping clients navigate their transaction-related questions through email, phone, and chat. Your commitment to end-to-end ownership will shine as you take responsibility for assigned tasks, from creating detailed transaction reports to reconciling client funds and FX settlements across our extensive network of bank accounts.
You will investigate any unallocated or non-received funds, process manual funding for client trades, and verify payment statuses on third-party banking platforms, including SWIFT GPI. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you conduct updates on client information, communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, and escalate issues promptly when necessary.
