Account Manager (Phone based)

What you will do:

We have multiple sales teams who look after different client bases, so there are plenty of opportunities to move teams and learn something new if you’re wanting to broaden your skillset. 

This is your opportunity to join the Outbound Performance team as a phone-based Account Manager. This team manages relationships with a range of dealers in the carsales network across the country. 

As a phone-based Account Manager within this team, you will be responsible for managing our existing dealer network to support the growth of our dealer clients. If you are passionate about customer service, solution selling and proactively building business relationships, then we want to hear from you. 

In this role you will: 

  • Understand and share expertise in implementing new ways our dealer clients can improve their business by providing a tailored solution from our suite of products. 
  • Support and maintain existing accounts, track performance and ensure that our dealer clients are receiving the best return on investment. 
  • Act as a conduit between our internal teams and our dealer clients to coordinate all elements of campaigns and ensure that the quality/expectations are met. 
  • Work towards KPIs and targets across inbound and outbound calls, Salesforce administration, quarterly business reviews, identify solution sales opportunities across our product portfolio, and increasing revenue per quarter for our Promote products, Website Solutions and Dealer Services.

  • Confidence to pick up the phone and you'll come with a track record of customer service and solution selling (via Zoom or on the phone). 
  • Expertise and confidence to build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders and comfortable with a presentation or two. 
  • Motivation to grow authentic relationships to retain clients whilst exceeding KPIs.
