We are seeking a talented and experienced MENA Payments Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all payment operations and transactions within the MENA region. This role is pivotal in driving our continued growth by onboarding new Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and implementing payment solutions that optimize the client journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for payment operations in the MENA region.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to expand our payment network.
  • Manage relationships with existing PSPs and banking partners to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee the end-to-end payment processing cycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, technology, and business development, to implement new payment solutions and enhance existing ones.
  • Analyze payment data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and optimize payment acceptance rates.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments and regulations in the MENA payments landscape.
  • Provide expert guidance on payment-related matters to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Payments Manager or in a similar role within the financial services, fintech, or FX/brokerage industry.
  • In-depth understanding of payment systems, processes, and regulations in the MENA region.
  • Demonstrable experience in onboarding and managing relationships with PSPs.
  • Strong knowledge of banking systems and various payment methods prevalent in the MENA region.
  • Familiarity with payment platforms and technologies.
