We need someone experienced, accurate, fast, committed, and capable of working with our Tel Aviv Based client. 

We need someone with remarkable communication and critical thinking skills. 

You will be reporting directly under the Tel Aviv based company and have the opportunity to learn more about the role (and get to learn something about their culture too!) 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping
  • Diligent and thorough work attitude
  • Excellent speaking skills with Business Owner - creating macro actions
  • Enjoys doing reconciliation
  • Background in using NetSuite is preferable
  • Capable to multi-task in a high-volume environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make sure all transactions are properly recorded and in a timely manner.
  • Utilize and analyze data from multiple data sources/systems.
  • Conduct transaction entry.
  • Investigate through many details and systems.
