Payment Operations Specialist, Pay-ins

The Opportunity:

We, at Flywire, are seeking a Payment Operations Specialist, Pay-ins.

  • Ensure daily processing deliverables of the Americas are consistently met
  • Deliver an exceptional service to all payers and beneficiaries
  • Ensure all payment related enquiries are resolved meeting agreed SLAs
  • Understand the importance of strong financial controls and implement processes that are efficient and compliant with our internal policies
  • Use of data to measure team performance and facilitate the decision making process

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Deadline focussed with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Fluent English, written and spoken, other languages are a plus
  • Possess a willingness and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and computer skills including proficiency in Excel and other online tools (Google Apps, etc.)
  • Passion for problem solving and helping customers
  • Highly effective communication skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude motivated to drive ongoing, continuous improvement
  • 3+ years experience in payments industry, finance or banking operations
