Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily customer operations of Coins.ph fiat wallet (cash in, cash out, bills payment, etc.) services, including transaction processing, service monitoring, and incident reporting and handling
Monitor and analyze Coins.ph fiat wallet transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Handle fiat settlement and reconciliation, ensuring timely and accurate tracking, matching, and resolution of any discrepancies
Work with the team to analyze weekly KPIs, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Compliance teams to improve the product and increase service and process efficiency
Coordinate with external financial networks, including BancNet, PESONet, and InstaPay, for issue resolution and service updates
Take initiative in identifying operational inefficiencies and proactively suggest and implement process improvements
Perform other related duties and tasks as may be required from time to time
Who you are:
Internship experience in operations, settlement, or reconciliation at a digital asset firm or financial institution is a plus
Graduate of Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Operations Management, or equivalent
Passionate about building lasting customer relationships and optimizing processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
Strong analytical skills and knowledge in Google Suite programs
Highly flexible, able to wear multiple hats, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
Thinks fast under pressure and solves problems on the go without being overwhelmed
Trustworthy and able to protect confidential information with discretion
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly without supervision
Discreet and uphold customer privacy and confidential information
Has a track record for getting things done - drive, ownership, and execution are at the core of our culture
Amenable to work in a shifting schedule - morning, afternoon and graveyard shifts and available for on-call shifts.
