In Operations, we ensure everything runs with excellence, security, and according to the right processes. We focus on efficiency and quality, making sure every step of our solution happens smoothly, accurately, and reliably.

Your day-to-day impact:

• • Automation of the judicial order fulfillment process (BC Correios).

  • Development of a dashboard for monitoring and tracking judicial orders (BC Correios).

  • Automation of the judicial order fulfillment process (Sisbajud).

  • Development of a dashboard for monitoring and tracking judicial orders (Sisbajud).

  • Design and implementation of a project for the handling and management of persistent judicial orders.

  • Remediation of the backlog of unfulfilled judicial orders and Simba system orders (deadline: August 2026).

  • Definition and implementation of an operational procedure aligned with the specific requirements of each involved area (Regulatory, Fraud Prevention, Compliance, and Legal).
